Traveling I-40 West: Take Exit #261 [Hillsborough exit]. Turn RIGHT off the exit, onto NC-86. Follow NC- 86 about a mile and turn RIGHT onto MILLSTONE. Take this road until it dead ends and turn LEFT onto BECKETTS RIDGE ROAD. The office will be on your immediate right. Drive around to the back of the building (Hillsborough Yoga & Healing Arts Studio) and enter. Check in and wait in the general waiting room. Dr. Butler will meet you in this area.

Taking I-40 West: Take Exit 291 to Cary. Keep to the right, off the ramp toward Cary Towne Blvd, continuing on Cary Towne Blvd. You will pass Cary Towne Center Mall on your left. At the intersection of S.E. Maynard, turn right. Continue on S.E. Maynard Road. You will go through a traffic light and you will see a Masonic Temple on the right. Just pass that and you will see a sign for “Maynard Office Center” on the right. It is a group of brown brick buildings. Turn right into the second parking lot entrance. The building # is 1320. Park anywhere you like and find suite 101. My name is not yet on the door but come into the foyer and then come into suite 101. Have a seat in the general waiting room, and I will meet you in this area.
Taking I-40 East: Take Exit 290 to Cary. Turn right at Chapel Hill Road. Turn left at NE Maynard Road. Pass over train tracks. About .5 miles down, you will see “Maynard Office Center” on your left.
