In order to discuss payment arrangements, call the office for more information. Payment is due upon rendering of services and the following insurance is accepted: BCBS, Medicaid, NC Healthchoice, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, and Aetna. If your insurance is not accepted, forms can be completed for insurance reimbursement.
